Loops & Threads® Indie™ Indie Pop Yarn is rated 2.9 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from super soft!!! I am very impressed with this yarn... it handles well and is super soft. I used it to hand knit a blanket, did it double strand... and it was beautiful!! Can't wait til you have more ivory in stock!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Worth the Price The yarn is beautiful and I was so excited to find it in the store on the day I had a 40% off every item coupon. Even with the discount, my blanket (a gift) will be nearly $200 and I'm scared it won't hold up to washing. I first tried to do arm knitting with it but it was too fragile when trying to tighten the loops - it broke several times. I opted to crochet it instead and when I tie the end of one skein to the start of another, I'm very cautious to avoid it tearing again. Hoping my cautiousness doesn't cost me when it comes time to wash the blanket the first time. Beautiful and soft I'll keep looking for different options. I wouldn't want to risk making a blanket to sell with this for fear the quality would come back to bite me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fragile and broke down too fast Finished product looked great for the first day. The next day after use the yarn started to frizz and looks awful. While trying to make my cat basket the yard separated way too easily and I had to be careful not to pull too hard. Terrible yarn if you are planning on using your finished product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cool yarn but way too much shedding I made a hand knitted lapghan on a table, with the Indie Pop. I love the feel of it and the overall weight, but the shedding is just too much. The more you manipulate the yarn, the more it fuzzes! And I barely manipulated it! No flipping or hooks or needles! I can't imagine how it would look after use with a hook or needles. And for the cost-even with a coupon, is expensive. The blanket is sitting on my chair, but it is very fuzzy and looks like its been heavily used-not just made. It also is fragile. It broke apart with a tug when I tried to pull from center, so it has to be unraveled as you go from the outside in. It also doesn't like to be taken apart either. You will get bunching and more fuzz when you do-no matter how delicate you handle it. Just be aware of this yarn's pitfalls with the project you intend to use this with.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Softness Love that you carry this type of yarn for a reasonable price. Wishing you would carry all year and not just seasonal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Verrrrrry Soft and easy to work with It's my first time working with this medium chunk yarn. It was very easy to work with and will make a beautiful blanket.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use. This yarn is easier to crochet than I thought it would be. I'm using a very large hook that I purchased online. The only drawback I can see is the construction of the yarn. I am half way through a large skein and already there are 3 breaks in the yarn. The break is tied in a knot and cropped very close. It will be hard to hide these breaks in my work. If I cut and re-tie the breaks, it will also be difficult to hide the ends (also waste 6-8" for each break). This may be the end of a run, and I'll know shortly because I'm using another color shortly to continue my project.
