Project Instructions
To adhere scrapbook paper to canvas, apply gel medium to back of scrapbook paper. Lay paper onto canvas and apply a coat of gel medium over the top of the paper. Let dry.
Repeat Step 1 for photos of choice.
Attach eye screws, as shown.
Add jewelry to eye screws using jump rings.
