Project Instructions
Step 1 Trace snowflake shape onto desired paper and cut out.
Step 2 Cut a rectangle from paper and a smaller snowflake image.
Step 3 Brush Matte onto snowflake shape and place paper image side down onto Mod Podge. Cover with wax paper and use squeegee to remove any excess.
Step 4 Place a book or something hard inside bag. Brush Matte onto back of rectangle and apply to bag front. Repeat with small snowflake.
Step 5 Personalize snowflake tag with marker. Tie to bag handle with raffia.
Step 6 Accent images on bag with Glitter Gold.
