- Tulip® Fabric Spray Paint – Neon Kit
- T-Shirt, 100% Cotton – White
- Plastic Tablecloth
Project Instructions
Step 1 Wash T-shirt and do not dry.
Step 2 Cover work surface with plastic tablecloth.
Step 3 Lay out damp T-shirt on covered work surface.
Step 4 Starting at neckline, diagonally pleat shirt into approximately 1" wide pleats until entire shirt is pleated.
Step 5 Starting at top of shirt, spray Neon Green fabric spray along pleats, for approximately 6", then switch to Neon Yellow fabric spray for another 6" section, slightly over-spraying onto green section to blend colors.
Step 6 Repeat above steps with Neon Orange fabric spray, then Hot Pink Spray, slightly over-spraying colors to blend.
Step 7 Let shirt dry.
