Nesting Candy Chick in Nest
Welcome Spring with this sweet candy chick popping out of his shell in a candy-coated coconut nest!

Material List
- Wilton® Candy Melts® Candy – Light Cocoa, White, Violet, Yellow and Orange
- Wilton® Parchment Triangles
- Wilton® Lollipop Mold – Fuzzy Bunny
- Shredded Coconut
- Waxed Paper
Project Instructions
Melt all Candy Melts® according to package directions.
Mold candy according to package directions, using parchment bag with ¼" cut off end. Pipe melted white candy in zigzag design of egg. Refrigerate to set.
Pipe melted violet candy in shell portion of mold. Refrigerate to set.
Pipe melted orange candy in chick’s beak and stitching trim on chick. Pipe melted Light Cocoa candy to chick’s eyes. Refrigerate to set.
Fill in the remainder of chick with melted yellow candy. Refrigerate to set.
Combine one cup of shredded coconut with ¼ cup of melted Light Cocoa candy and stir to combine.
Spoon candy/coconut mixture onto waxed paper and shape nest. Refrigerate to set.
Position candy chick in nest and attach with melted candy.
