Attach the adhesive rhinestones around the front and side of the frame.

Take the matte out of the frame and set frame aside.

Lay the laser cut cardstock over the matt as a stencil. Use a sponge dabber to paint over the stencil onto the matte. Let dry.

Cut a couple of stones from the Bling on a Roll and embellish paint design.

Put frame back together and add your favorite photo.
