Step 1 Cut three pieces of silk thread each 16" in length. They will be called Silk Thread #1, Silk Thread #2, and Silk Thread #3 throughout the instructions.

Step 2 Take all silk threads and make a double knot 20" from the top.

Step 3 String on twenty seed beads on Silk Thread #2 and tape the bottom of the silk thread.

Step 4 Tape down the top of the silk threads to your work surface.

Step5 Take Silk Thread #1 and place it over Silk Thread #2. Silk Thread #1 should now be in the middle.

Step 6 Take Silk Thread #3 and place it over Silk Thread #1. Silk Thread #3 should now be in the middle.

Step 7 Take Silk Thread #2 and place it over Silk Thread #3. Silk Thread #2 should now be in middle.

Step 8 Take Silk Thread #1 and place it over Silk Thread #2. Silk Thread #1 should now be in the middle. Strands should read (from left to right) Silk Thread #3, Silk Thread #1, Silk Thread #2.

Step 9 Push one seed bead from Silk Thread #2 up to the end of the braid.

Step 10 Repeat the same rhythm, adding one seed bead every .25".

Step 11 When bracelet has reach desired length, tie a double knot to secure braid.
