Separate the chrysanthemum flowers from the bush using wire cutters. Be sure to leave approximately a 2" stem on each. Glue the chrysanthemums into the wreath, slightly touching around the front and sides to completely cover the wreath.

Pin one end of the ribbon to the back of the wreath and loosely wrap the ribbon around the wreath over the flowers. Tie a bow and pin to the top of the wreath, as shown.

Pin ornaments between the wraps of ribbon to decorate.
