Use decorative papers to wrap candles.

Sequin pins are great for attaching the flowers and ribbons.

Double-stick tape will hold ribbons to the papers easily.

Cut the shanks from the buttons and glue to candle.

Use Recollections™ Glitter Tape directly on the candle for stripes.
