Use wire cutters and cut rose flower head off of the stem.

Pull 3 rose leaf sections off of stem.

Cut hydrangea petals off of hydrangea head.

Lay out flowers before gluing to obtain desired look.

Hot glue large rose onto the frame first.

Fill in with approximately 13 to 15 hydrangea petals and attach with glue to the frame, under the side of the rose.

Hot glue the leaves under the hydrangea and rose as pictured.
