Cut 2" wide strips from a magazine page. For this project, three 2" strips make one disc.

Fold each strip in half lengthwise, then fold into thirds lengthwise.

Roll the first strip tightly, add the second strip and then the third. Secure with gel medium/glue. Continue until you have 24 discs made.

Glue each disc to the frame using a good amount of gel medium on each disc.
