Turn an ordinary black frame in a stylish accent with ArtMinds™ square sequins.
Project Instructions»

Step 1 Glue sequins to frame with Dimensional Magic™, using a small amount on each sequin.

Step 2 Use a toothpick to help position (straighten) sequins as you place them.

Step 3 Make two rows of sequins on the top and two rows on the bottom of the outside frame.

Step 4 Outline the mat opening with sequins.
