Cut 6" and 4" ribbon to desired length of garland and place back to back.

Tie a piece of ribbon at one end and add cordings if desired.

Bunch the wide ribbons from Step 1 using about 4" length and tie another ribbon at that point, add about five more pieces of ribbon tied onto ribbon.

Make another bunch of wide ribbons, tie and add additional ribbons.

Continue for desired length.
