Remove glass from frame.

Paint frame black and set aside to dry.

Once frame is dry, cut four lengths of ribbon to cover front of frame.

The two longer lengths of ribbon can be cut straight; cut the two short lengths at an angle for mitered corners.

Adhere ribbon to front of frame using hot glue.
