Using the large circle cutter, cut out an 8" circle from the red and white polka dot paper and one from the red and white striped paper.

Cut the striped circle along the stripe at 3".

Adhere the full circle to the center of the charger using Mod Podge® glue.

Color tint the photocopy of your photo with Copic® markers and cut out. Adhere the photo in the center of the charger, as shown.

Attach the 3" striped piece from Step 2 onto the charger using Mod Podge®.

Add alpha stickers to spell "Christmas 2012".

Embellish outer edge of the charger with rhinestone stickers, alternating red and clear.
