Add some style & sophistication to a plain frame with some colorful scrapbooking paper & Recollections™ embellishments.
Project Instructions»

Step 1 Remove backing from frame.

Step 2 Cut paper to fit opening.

Step 3 Cut a coordinating style of paper to make 1" strip and attach across bottom, as shown.

Step 4 Stamp your saying with black ink. Let dry.

Step 5 Replace backing to frame.

Step 6 Glue flowers to frame at corners as desired.
