Follow assembly instruction steps 1 through 9 on instruction sheet included in kit.
Ice roof on mansion smooth with spatula and green icing (included in kit).
Ice roof on front panel smooth with green icing.
Use black icing (included in kit) to decorate scrolls on both roof panels.
Follow assemble step 10 and attach front panel to middle of mansion with icing.
Decorate seams on house with black icing.
Outline front door with black icing and fill in with green zigzags to cover the door; smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch.
Attach purple and black candies with dots of icing for peak over door and doorknob.
Roll black gum drop flat and attach with black icing for door on window.
Roll out orange sugared gum drops on surface covered with granulated sugar.
Cut out each window from gum drops and attach with dots of black icing along the edges. Pipe black panes on windows. Attach purple and black candies around window frames.
Decorate green icing zigzags on roof and add spike candies to top with dots of green icing.
Place coconut in plastic bag, use toothpick to add green and yellow icing color to coconut. Knead bag until color is evenly distributed. Let dry on parchment paper and sprinkle around base of mansion.
