Cut a small triangle out of the red felt and glue to the top of the rat’s head (from Safari Toobs™), as shown. Let dry.

Cut a small foam ball in half and use adhesive tape to attach to the base in the snow globe.

Attach the mouse and the rat to the top of the foam ball using adhesive tape.

Use a paintbrush (or a craft stick) to apply a thick layer of DecoArt Snow-Tex® around the foam ball and sprinkle glitter on top while it is still wet. Let dry.

Glue white pom poms in a stack to look like snowballs.

Once everything has dried, shake as much glitter as you want into the snow globe; place your creation inside and screw the lid on. .
