Paper Maché Spooky Bat Coffin Box

Kids can have fun painting and embellishing these paper mache coffin boxes. This is a great craft for parties and favors.

Project Instructions»

Paint box and lid silver. Brush white paint over the center of the lid and sides. Let dry.

Draw a bat design on the center of the lid and fill in with black glitter glue. Let dry.

Draw cracks onto lid and sides with a fine-tipped paintbrush dipped in black paint.

Ink the edges with a black ink pad. Let dry.

Tips»
Base paint the boxes and use colored ink pads along the edges of the box. Have a glitter tray or shallow box handy for the glitter. Refer to photo to assist with project.
