Bake and cool cake. Ice sides smooth with white Buttercream icing. Ice top smooth with light yellow Buttercream.

Using tip 7, pipe bead border around cake with white Buttercream.

Using punch with swirl cutting insert, cut out 40 swirls from Bright Yellow Sugar Sheets!™. Attach randomly to top of cake using piping gel. Trim to fit, as needed, around edge of cake corners.

Using Slide-N-Cut™ Edge Cutter, cut a rectangle, 10¾"x7", from white Sugar Sheets!™ decorating paper. Attach to center of cake with piping gel.

Using Slide-N-Cut™ Edge Cutter, cut a rectangle, 7¾"x½", from Bright Green Sugar Sheets!™; cut another rectangle, 6"x1½", from Bright Blue Sugar Sheets!™; cut another rectangle, 4"x1½", from Bright Pink Sugar Sheets!™; and cut another rectangle, 2½"x1½", from Light Green Sugar Sheets!™. Attach to cake in descending order.

For bright green candle,use rotary cutter to cut ten strips, 2¼"x¼", from Light Green Sugar Sheets!™. Brush strips with piping gel and sprinkle with green Cake Sparkles™. Attach to candle with piping gel. Trim as necessary. Using the narrow end of tip 9, cut dots of Sugar Sheets!™ color; attach between strips with piping gel.

For blue candle, use punch and small circle cutting insert to cut out six circles from Bright Blue Sugar Sheets!™ edible decorating paper. Brush circles with piping gel and sprinkle with blue Cake Sparkles™. Attach to candle with piping gel. Trim as necessary.

For pink candle, use punch and Flower Chain cutting insert to cut four flowers from red Sugar Sheets!™. Brush with piping gel and sprinkle with red Cake Sparkles™. Attach to candle with piping gel. Trim as necessary.

For light green candle,use rotary cutter to cut four strips, ¼" thick, from yellow Sugar Sheets!™. Brush with piping gel and sprinkle with yellow Cake Sparkles™. Attach to light green candle with piping gel. Trim as necessary.

For flames, use punch and leaf cutting insert to cut four leaves from Bright Yellow Sugar Sheets!™. Color stem black using black FoodWriter™. Attach to the tops of each candle.

For border, use rotary cutter to cut strips, 2/3" wide, (down the length of the sheet) from Bright Yellow Sugar Sheets!™; attach with a dab of Buttercream icing. Form into loosely pleated strips.

Using Alphabet Sugar Sheets!™, spell out "MAKE A WISH." Attach letters to top of cake with piping gel.
