Step 1 Paint edges of frame and inner photo opening with Sky Blue.

Step 2 Trace frame onto desired papers to piece together to cover front. Cut horizontal strips from paper to hide where seams meet.

Step 3 Apply Matte to backs of paper pieces and apply to front of frame one at a time. Place wax paper over pieces and use squeegee to remove any excess.

Step 4 When all papers are applied as well as any desired extra snowflakes, brush several coats of Matte over entire surface to seal.

Step 5 Trace acrylic snowflake and circle shapes onto papers and cut out. Cut any additional images to put on top of shapes as shown.

Step 6 Apply Matte to backs of shapes and place papers image side down onto Matte. Cover with wax paper and smooth with squeegee. Add images to front of shapes in same manner.

Step 7 Accent desired images with Silver Glitter and Clear Dimensional Magic™.

Step 8 Use 3D mounts to attach acrylic shapes.

Step 9 Glue acrylic gems to shapes.
