Step 1 Draw spider design onto black fabric.

Step 2 To keep the fabric from fraying when you cut it, lay fabric face down on work surface. Squeeze a puddle of Aleene's® Stop Fraying™ glue on waxed paper. Use squeegee to apply to fabric in a smooth thin coat. Do not press too hard or over-saturate the fabric with glue. Let glue dry completely.

Step 3 Place fabric, pattern side up, on work surface. If desired, apply a tape nozzle to tip of Aleene's® Jewel-It™ glue bottle. This gives you better control when applying small amounts of glue.

Step 4 Determine placement of rhinestones. Apply small dots of glue to fabric and use tweezers to press rhinestones into glue. After all rhinestones are glued in place, set aside to let glue dry.

Step 5 Cut out rhinestone spider following outside pattern lines.

Step 6 To create repositionable applique, place spider face down on waxed paper and apply Aleene's® Tack-It Over & Over™ glue to back of spider design. You should have an even coat of glue on the body and all legs. Let dry until clear.

Step 7 When the glue is dry it will be clear, but it will still be sticky.

Step 8 Test applique on a scrap piece of fabric. This will remove excess stickiness before first use.

Step 9 Place on your wearable. Remove when desired and store on a non-stick surface.
