Step 1 Clean glass with paper towel and rubbing alcohol.

Step 2 Use painter’s tape to tape around base of neck and around widest part of middle.

Step 3 Dip cosmetic sponge in White Frost and dab on plate or palette to remove excess paint. Dab top to end of tape and from the middle down on lower taped section. Repeat as needed for desired look. Remove tape.

Step 4 Use #1 liner brush to paint 2013 in 2" lettering.

Step 5 Shade numbers with Glorious Gold.

Step 6 Use handle of brush to add Glorious Gold and Black dots around White Frost where it ends, and all the way around, switching from Black to Glorious Gold.
