Use scissors and wire cutters to cut the hydrangea petals off the stem.

Use the hot glue gun to glue the petals onto the foam cone. Space the petals close so that the cone is not visible.

Cut the glitter balls off the stem and randomly glue onto the petals.

Curve the piece of wire into a spiral to be able to hold the name card.
