Paint the wooden snowflake with silver glitter paint. Let dry.

Use the white yarn to wrap the snowflake horizontally, leaving part of the snowflake uncovered.

Paint a thinner layer of silver glitter paint on the top of the white letter. Let dry.

Use the wire cutters and scissors to cut the pieces of the floral stems and arrange them on the snowflake.

Use the hot glue gun and glue the floral stem pieces to the snowflake.

Glue the wooden letter to the snowflake.

Cut the silver ribbon to the desired length with scissors and tie a bow.
