Step 1 Base coat frame pink using ¾" flat brush.

Step 2 Print "Look Who's Turning Three" in fonts of your choice.

Step 3 Trace and transfer words to frame.

Step 4 Use #3 round brush to paint “Look” with Berry; “Whoo’s” with Turquoise; “turning” with Orange; and “THREE” with Apple Tart and Berry dots outlined in black.

Step 5 Use handle end of brush to make brown polka dots all over frame.

Step 6 Use #3 round brush to paint outer part of owl brown; inner part, pink; and feet, orange.

Step 7 Trace and transfer face.

Step 8 Use #3 round brush to paint white, turquoise, and black on owl’s eyes.

Step 9 Make beak orange and inside mouth Bright Red then outline in black.

Step 10 Paint feather lines in with brown.

Step 11 Glue owl at slight angle on bottom corner of frame.
