Cut stocking pieces from leftover fabric.

Step: 3

Cover work surface with plastic tablecloth.

Follow instructions in Tulip® Custom Dye Color Kit™ Recipe Guide to mix dye in plastic container to create Emerald Green.

Dye all fabric pieces according to Recipe Guide.

Stocking:

Place a thin bead of Aleene’s® OK To Wash-It™ along top edge on wrong side of each stocking piece. Fold edge down into glue to create a clean edge. Place pieces wrong sides together and glue together, leaving top open. Let dry then press with hot iron. If desired, stitch together with sewing machine instead.

Step: 8

Enlarge and duplicate jingle bell pattern pieces as desired. Flip over pattern to the wrong side and trace with chalk. Flip back over and place on front of stocking where desired. Refer to photo. Run hands over paper to transfer design in chalk onto stocking. Repeat step to create desired number of jingle bells.

Step: 9

Squeeze a puddle of Fashion Glitter Bond onto a clean piece of foil. One at a time, brush a generous layer of Glitter Bond onto jingle bells, then immediately sprinkle with Silver Fashion Glitter. Place a piece of scratch paper on top of glitter and press lightly with palm to get maximum amount of glitter to adhere. Repeat for all jingle bells. Let dry overnight then brush with stiff paintbrush to remove excess glitter.

Step: 10

Squeeze a puddle of Petal Pink Soft Fabric Paint onto foil or paper plate. Use a large, flat paintbrush to freehand paint ribbon with Petal Pink, weaving and looping through jingle bells. Refer to photo. Let dry.

Step: 11

Outline ribbon with Poppin’ Purple 3D Fashion Paint from the Blazin Brights Kit. Let dry.

Step: 12

Use Silver Glitter 3D Fashion Paint to add loop to top of bell.

Step: 13

Outline and add detail to bells with Black Slick 3D Fashion Paint.

Step: 14

Use Fashion Art Tweezers to place 5 mm Amethyst crystals randomly on stocking. Adhere crystals to stocking with the Cordless Heat-Setting Tool, following package instructions.
