Step: 1

Print place cards with desired message, font and color.

Step: 2

Using hole punch, punch hole in top of place card at desired location.

Step: 3

Cut small strips of tissue (roughly 1-inch x 3-inches). Double layer tissue strips and accordion fold. Make two identical strips for each pick.

Step: 4

Keeping strips folded, put together back-to-back and tie string around center of strips.

Step: 5

Fan open strips and secure loose ends together using double-stick tape or glue, to form a full circle.

Step: 6

Using string, tie to top of toothpick to secure. Insert pick into hole in top of place card.
