Step: 1

Cut the cardstock in half. The sheets will form the front and back of the fans.

Step: 2

Cut the photo to fit one piece of cardstock. If backing the photo with colored paper for an accent border, cut the colored paper slightly larger than the photo. Glue the photo and backing directly to the cardstock. Tie ribbon into a bow and glue above the photo.

Step: 3

Print the program and cut to fit other piece of cardstock. Glue in place.

Step: 4

Glue the jumbo craft sticks together, end to end. Glue the two cardstock halves together with craft sticks sandwiched in between, and the desired handle length extending out.

Step: 5

Create decorative corners on the program fans by using the corner punch at each corner of the fan.
