Lay the t-shirt on a flat surface. Cut the sleeves off, then cut them open so you have a long strip and set aside.

Cut a big “U” from the neck opening about ½ way down the t-shirt. Leave about a 3-4” width for each strap. The length of the straps will determine how deep to cut the “U”.

Along the bottom of the t-shirt, cut vertical 1” strips about 6-8” up the t-shirt.

Tie the front and the back of the strips together and knot.

Add ribbon strips, if desired, into the knots.

Knot the sleeve strips at the base of the handles. Tie on as many ribbons as desired and trim to the desired length.
