Using patterns, trace and cut pieces from holiday paper of choice.
 

Cut letters from die cut machine, or use rubber stamps to spell out message (optional).
 

Cut tags and adhere letters to spell out your message.
 

Attach your tags to banner pieces with eyelets.
 

Tie the tags to banner with small piece of ribbon.
 

Embellish your pieces with assorted embellishments of choice.
 

When you have your banner complete, lay out flat slightly overlapping your pieces.
 

Lay your beaded garland on top of banner. Attach each piece with jump ring to beaded garland, leaving several inches at each end for hanging.
 

Tie ribbons and dangle embellishments along length of garland.
