  • Tulip® Slick Paint – Leaf Green
  • Tulip® Soft Paint, Matte – Black Velvet and Glacier White

  • Ribbon - Colour or Design of Choice

Instructions

Step 1
Paint surface of shoe solid. Let dry.

Step 2
Add black, green and white to accent shoes with dots, shamrocks and stripes. Let dry.

Step 3
Add ribbon of choice instead of laces.
