Materials

  • Wood Birdhouse, Mini
  • Paintbrushes – Narrow and Wide Tip
  • Martha Stewart Crafts™ Craft Paint (multi-surface satin) – Indigo, Green Curry, Wedding Cake and Surf

Instructions

Step 1
Paint the top of the birdhouse, base and perch Indigo. Let dry.

Step 2
Paint a base coat of Green Curry on the body and chimney of birdhouse. Let dry.

Step 3
Paint picket fence and detail on chimney with Wedding Cake. Let dry.

Step 4
Paint the awning of roof with Surf. Let dry.

Step 5
Mix Green Curry with Wedding Cake to make a lighter shade of green. Paint diamonds onto the front of the birdhouse. Use image as a guide. Let dry.

Step 6
Paint dotted stripe pattern with small narrow tip paintbrush. Let dry.
