Materials

  • Gallery Glass® Liquid Leading™ - Black
  • Gallery Glass® Window Color™ - Ruby Red, Lime Green, Emeral Green & White Pearl Clear
  • Tape (Optional)
  • Stencil Brush, 0.63cm (1/4")
  • Toothpicks
  • Foam Plate
  • Frame, 20.3 cm x 25.4 cm (8"x10") - Black

Instructions

Step 1
Remove glass from frame. Clean with soap and water. Let dry.

Step 2
Place glass over pattern. Trace pattern with Liquid Leading™. Let dry eight hours.

Step 3
Starting at center of design, paint flower in Ruby Red, Emerald Green and Lime Green Window Color™, filling one section at a time, then immediately combing back and forth with toothpick to smooth paint and remove bubbles. Let dry until colour is translucent.

Step 4
Squirt a small puddle of White Pearl Window Color™ on foam plate. Lightly load stencil brush with paint then apply to border areas of design to create a frosted texture. Reload brush as needed to complete textured areas as desired. Let dry.

Step 5
Place painted glass into frame.
