Clay Pot Lemonade Luncheon
Cute clay pot bunnies and chicks having a lemonade lunch make for a fun Easter decoration!

Base coat one 5.1 cm (2") clay pot Baby Pink and one Wicker White. Cut the 4.7 cm x 6.3 cm (1-7/8"x 2½") Styrofoam® eggs in half. Paint two halves Baby Pink and other halves Licorice. Paint a 7.3 cm x 9.6 cm (2-7/8"x3-13/16") and a 5.8 cm x 7.7 cm (2-5/16"x3-1/16") Styrofoam® egg in Baby Pink and another in Licorice.
Cut ears and the bottom of feet from pink, black and white craft foam. Paint the insides of ears Baby Pink. Paint face on Licorice 5.8 cm x 7.7 cm (2-5/16"x3-1/16") Styrofoam® egg in Wicker White. Paint oval on Baby Pink clay pot in Wicker White.
Glue ears, ribbon, wiggle eyes, pom pom nose and cheeks to 5.8 cm x 7.7 cm (2-5/16"x3-1/16") Styrofoam® egg bunny heads. Glue the heads to the painted clay pot bodies. Glue the clay pots on top of 7.3 cm x 9.6 cm (2-7/8"x3-13/16") Styrofoam® eggs. Glue feet to bottom then add the white craft foam circles to feet.
Using the liner brush, paint the mouth on bunny faces in Licorice.
Base coat a 5.1 cm (2") clay pot, 5.8 cm x 7.7 cm (2-5/16"x3-1/16") 2-5/16"x3-1/16" Styrofoam® egg and 5.1 cm (2") Styrofoam® ball Medium Yellow.
Bend the yellow chenille stems in half. Come down about 2.5 cm (an inch) from the folded end and bend each side up towards the fold so it looks like a “W”. Twist the middle folded edge to form the middle toe. Form two more loops on each side and twist. Take the remainder of the ends and twist together to form the leg.
Glue the painted ball to clay pot then glue the clay pot to the egg. Poke legs into egg and secure with glue. Glue the wiggle eyes and feathers as shown in photo. Cut beak from orange foam and glue to head.
Cut green craft foam to fit Styrofoam® cone, leaving a 2.5 cm (1") overhang at bottom of cone. Scallop the bottom edge of foam piece. Stencil flower pattern on foam piece in Calypso Sky, Lime Green, and Wicker White. Trace the bottom of the cone onto the green craft foam. Wrap the foam around the cone and secure in place with pin head pins. Base coat a 5.1 cm (2") Styrofoam® ball with Calypso Sky then glue it to the top of wrapped cone. Cut out a 2.5 cm (1") strip from yellow craft foam and cut to make fringe. Wrap around the top of the cone and glue. Add pink head pins to cone then glue yellow pom poms to bottom. Paint dowel Lemon Yellow and stick it into the bottom of the cone then glue into place. Glue a 3.8 cm (1½") Styrofoam® ball into the 5.1 cm (2") clay pot. Glue the umbrella into the hole at the bottom of the clay pot.
Base coat the 14 cm (5½") clay saucer and three of the 5.1 cm (2") clay pots with Calypso Sky. Base coat the 6.3 cm (2½") rose pot and the 7.6 cm (3") clay saucers with Lime Green. Use the stencil to make a pattern on the table and chairs using Wicker White, Medium Yellow and Baby Pink. Cut a 2.5 cm (1") strip of fringe from yellow craft foam then glue underneath the table, trim to fit as needed. Glue the saucers to the pots. Once dry, glue the umbrella cone to the table.
Paint the 1.3 cm (½") pots Wicker White. Let dry. Paint area below the rim of pot with Medium Yellow. Paint three toothpicks with the Wicker White, allow to dry and then dry brush rims and straws with Calypso Sky. Stuff and glue small scrap pieces of Styrofoam® into each pot and paint the tops with Medium Yellow. Glue the toothpicks into the Styrofoam®.
