Instructions
Step 1
Use two pieces of newspaper to cut out a shape of a Christmas stocking.
Step 2
Cover the stocking with Duck Tape®. Do one side at a time, making sure to do both sides separately.
Step 3
Attach two stockings together with a tape runner along the edges, keeping the newspaper to the inside.
Step 4
Add an accent colour to the stocking top and heel.
Step 5
Make fringe by folding pieces of Duck Tape® in half, overlapping about 2.5cm (1") and leaving a 0.63cm (¼") sticky area. Cut to a point. Stick to top of stocking. Use image as a guide.
Step 6
Continue fringe across the stocking top. Overlap fringe and colours.
Step 7
Personalize by cutting out a name on the Cricut® or hand drawing a name.
Step 8
Punch a hole on the side of the stocking and add ribbon to hang the stocking.
