  • Foam Brush, Small
  • Denim Jeans
  • Newsprint
  • Paper Plate
  • Embroidery Floss (Optional)
  • Hand Sewing Needle (Optional)

Instructions

Step 1
Cover your work surface with newsprint.

Step 2
Remove all wrinkles and folds from the jeans. Protect your fabric by sliding several layers of newsprint into the legs of the jeans. For even paint coverage, the newsprint should be the same thickness as the inside seam.

Step 3
Position the stamp onto the paddle block. Use a scrap piece of newsprint and a small amount of paint on a foam brush to practice the design.

Step 4
Position the Stamping Gear Wheel.

Step 5
Follow the instructions in the set to complete a basic open design.

Step 6
Optional: Add decorative stitches onto your jeans.
