Materials

  • Wilton® Peppermint Bark Kit (snowflake cutters, Dark Cocoa and Candy Cane Colourburst Candy Melts candy, disposable decorating bags used; additional candy may be needed depending on number of treats made)
  • Wilton® Santa and Snowman Lollipop Molds 2-Pack (snowman used)
  • Wilton® Black Candy Melts® candy
  • Wilton® Orange Candy Melts® candy
  • Wilton® Dark Green Candy Melts® candy
  • Wilton® Red Candy Melts® candy
  • Wilton® Dark Cocoa Candy Melts® candy
  • Wilton® White Candy Melts® candy
  • Wilton® 38.1cm (15") Parchment Triangles

Instructions

Step 1
Place snowflake cutter from kit on waxed paper. Follow directions from peppermint bark kit for molding candy snowflake with a layer of dark cocoa and a layer of candy cane candy. Chill until firm. Remove cutter and peel waxed paper from snowflake.

Step 2
Mold snowman candy using mold. Melt Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Use melted black candy in cut parchment bag to pipe dot eyes and mouth. Tap to settle; chill until firm.

Step 3
Use melted orange candy in cut parchment bag to pipe nose. Tap to settle; chill until firm.

Step 4
Use melted dark green candy in cut parchment bag to pipe holly leaves. Tap to settle; chill until firm.

Step 5
Use melted red candy in cut parchment bag to pipe scarf, hat band and holly berries. Tap to settle; chill until firm.

Step 6
Use melted dark cocoa candy in cut parchment bag to pipe hat. Tap to settle; chill until firm.

Step 7
Use melted white candy in cut disposable bag to fill mold cavity to top. Tap to settle; chill until firm. Unmold snowman.

Step 8
Attach snowflake candy to lollipop stick with melted dark cocoa candy. Chill until firm.

Step 9
Attach snowman candy to snowflake with melted white candy. Chill until firm.

Tips

Adult supervision is required at all times. Oven should only be used by an adult.
