Tulip® Fabric Spray Paint – Sapphire
Tulip® 3D Fashion Paint – Royal Blue Slick
Tulip® Fashion Glitter™ Bond

T-Shirt
Freezer Paper
Craft Knife
Pencil

Instructions

Step 1
Use pencil to trace fleur de lis pattern on freezer paper on non-slick side.

Step 2
Cut out using craft knife.

Step 3
Smooth out T-shirt to remove any wrinkles. Position stencil on top, slick side down and use iron to press on stencil. Make sure all edges are sealed.

Step 4
Insert shirt board between layers of shirt.

Step 5
Lightly spray Sapphire fabric spray paint around the stencil and on sleeves. Let dry. Remove stencil.

Step 6
Lightly brush Glitter™ Bond in the center cut out areas of fleur de lis. Sprinkle with blue glitter. Lightly press in glitter.

Step 7
Very lightly sponge areas of background randomly and sprinkle blue and silver glitter just enough to add sparkle. Repeat with both sleeves. Let dry.

Step 8
Using Royal Blue dimensional paint, write “QUÉBEC” on the sleeve . Let dry.
