Chalkboard Serving Plate

Materials

  • Craft Smart™ Chalkboard Paint
  • Charger – Gold
  • Sandpaper
  • Clean Dry Cloth
  • Foam Brush
  • Painter's Tape
  • Craft Knife (Optional)

Instructions

Step 1
Apply painter's tape around the part of the charger to be painted.

Step 2
 Lightly sand the area to be painted.

Step 3
Use a cloth to wipe off remnants from sanding.

Step 4
Apply at least three coats of chalkboard paint. Let dry completely between coats.

Step 5
Once completely dry, carefully remove painter's tape. (Optional: Use a craft knife to trace edge of tape so that you will not remove paint when removing tape.)
