Use 30.4 cm x 30.4 cm (12"x12") cardstock for the base of your layout (sample used is brown). Punch fourteen 3.8 cm (1½") circles in coordinating patterned papers.
Draw a light pencil line 1.2 cm (½") from the right side of the page. Align and adhere six circles vertically as shown, leaving a 3.8 cm (1½") space for the horizontal banner background.
Cut blue cardstock to 26.6 cm (10½") square and round two left corners. Glue this to the page, covering up half of the circles along the right side. The result is a scalloped border down the page.
Cut green cardstock 3.8 x 30.4 cm (1½"x12") and adhere it across the page as shown, covering the gap between the circles.
Banner: Fold the punched circles in half. Arrange them in swag curves as shown. Embellish with bows.
Photos measure approximately one at 10.1 x10.1 cm (4"x4") and two at 10.1 x 15.2 cm (4"x6") and are matted on kraft cardstock.
Cut kraft cardstock to 10.8 x 6.9 cm (4¼"x2¾"). Adhere to top right for journaling and place your title directly below.
Cut two patterned papers to 1.9 x 7.6 cm (¾"x3") and cut into banners to embellish the flower.
Add a green journal strip to the bottom left corner of the page, if desired.
