Triangle Pennant Summertime Tin Pail

Tin pails are so useful in the summertime. Place them around the home for storage and organization. Fill them with snacks and toys before you head to the beach or the park!

  • Martha Stewart Crafts® Multi-Surface Gloss Paint – Amaranth, Green Curry, Pond and Marmalade
  • Martha Stewart Crafts® Patterning Tape
  • Martha Stewart Crafts® Basic Brush Set
  • Brush Basin (or Container for Water)
  • Paper Towels
  • Foam Plates
  • Rubbing Alcohol
  • Scissors

Step 1
Begin by thoroughly washing each tin pail in warm soapy water. Rinse well and dry.

Step 2
Moisten a paper towel with rubbing alcohol and wipe each tin pail to remove any remaining dirt, grease or soap residue. Allow to dry.

Step 3
Cut patterning tape to appropriate lengths and apply to tin pails where desired.

Step 4
Paint triangle pennants Amaranth, Green Curry and Marmalade. Allow to dry and reapply.

Step 5
Paint bottom rim Amaranth and pail handle Pond.
