Cut the blue poster board to 38.1 x 71.1 cm (15"x28"). Fold the bottom up about 21.6 cm (8½") to form a pocket.
Cut a rounded edge at the upper corners of your poster board.
Add some pocket decorations to your paper keeper by cutting two yellow rectangles about 15.2 x 20.3 cm (6"x8") and laying them on top of the folded pocket.
Cut two yellow rectangles about 15.2 x 7.6 cm (6"x3"). Cut a curve along the bottom edges. Glue, with included glue stick, one of these yellow pocket shapes on the red poster board and cut around it, leaving a red border. Use the jagged scissors included in the Poster Making Kit to give a fun edge to the top of this pocket. Do the same with the other rounded yellow pocket. Attach these to the top half of your paper keeper.
Cut two red rectangles 15.2 x 7.6 cm (6"x3") and curve the bottom edges. Attach these to the top of the yellow rectangles on the bottom half of your paper keeper.
Cut four strips of coloured paper (two red and two blue) 2.5 x 5.1 cm (1"x2") and attach to the pockets as tabs.
Use the neon quick letters included in the Poster Making Kit to spell out the child’s name.
Attach neon flower shapes to the bottom yellow pockets, which are also included in the Poster Making Kit.
Use the glitter glue to add a “buckle” to each pocket tab and then sprinkle with the shaker glitter. The glitter glue and shaker glitter are included in the Poster Making Kit.
Attach the edges of your pocket with tape or staples and be sure to glue everything down.
