	Step 4. to create a center loop, make a single 1-1/2" or 2" loop on one side after you have completed all other loops. Wire as described in Step 6 then pull the small loop to the center of the bow to hide the wire.
	Step 5. After completing the loops cut away remaining ribbon leaving 8 inches for the streamer. Step 6. Holding an end of the wire in each hand, crisscross the wires between the dowels and cinch down tightly.
	Step 7. Before removing bow from bow maker, separate and fan loops to form a fluffy bow. Fan out the loops on each side of the bow starting with the bottom loops. Place your hand inside each loop as you pull to create a full, professional looking bow. The flat, broad part of the ribbon (not the edges) should face upward.
	Step 8. Gently lift the bow from the dowels while holding firmly in the center with your thumb facing up. Turn the bow upside down and pull both wires firmly to tighten. Finally, twist wires around each other so that they cannot come undone.
