Project Instructions
Step 1 Cut out a total of eight strips of paper measuring 10"x1". Fold stack in half to find the middle.
Step 2 Stack the strips with the ribbon centered on top and staple in the middle.
Step 3 Tie a knot in the string towards the ends to create a hanging loop.
Step 4 Starting on one end, take the edge of a strip and apply hot glue. Adhere to the middle part of the strip toward the staple. Continue this step on every end of the strip until you have created a paper flower.
