Cedar Lodge Paper Maché Star Ornaments

Project Instructions
Step 1 Fold a book page in half.
Step 2 Draw on the fold of the book page, a 1" triangle. Draw several in a row. It goes faster if you cut more than one in a row.
Step 3 Cut out the triangles and unfold. You should have a 2" diamond now. Ten diamonds are needed.
Step 5 Paint the edge of the star red. Let dry.
Step 6 Coat one side of the star ornament with Mod Podge®. Place five diamonds on one side of the star, centering each diamond within each point of the star. Let dry and repeat on the other side.
Step 7 With a glue gun, glue a button in the center of the star. Repeat on the other side.
Step 8 Finish by brushing on and wiping off (both sides) very diluted brown acrylic paint. This creates an aged effect.
