Project Instructions
Step 1: Assemble paper star(s) as directed on package.
Step 2: Spray with Glitter Blast™ in well ventilated area, using newspaper to cover work area. Let dry.
Step 3: Add tea lights inside paper stars, if desired, with adhesive dots.
