Lay T-shirt flat and iron if needed.
Cut a straight line across T-shirt under the arm hole. You will need the bottom tube of the shirt. Discard the upper part.
Turn inside and out and smooth flat.
Use the Peel 'n Stick tape close to the cut end. After taping turn T-shirt tube the correct way. Set aside.
Stencil on one side of the T-shirt and let dry. See photo.
Repeat the Peel 'n Stick technique to the other T-shirt.
Cut off the hems on both T-shirts and begin to cut 1"x6" strips across the T-shirts.
Pull strips of T-shirt to create strings.
Pull one T-shirt over the pillow form. Pull the other T-shirt over the pillow form and begin to tie the stripes together with a double knot.
Adjust knots across pillow to allow fringe to hang appropriately.
