Project Instructions

Select the following prints from the stack: black with small white chevron print, green with diagonal stripes/Polaroid squares/flowers, black with white dot scallops, text print, large flower print, and page with assorted icons.

Take your green print with the diagonal stripes and flowers and cut a square measuring 9½"x9½". With your X-ACTO® knife, cut around the inside edge of the higher Polaroid square (start cutting 1" from the top right corner and then go down the right side to make your “L” cut). Take your photo and mat it on a piece of white cardstock. Cut out, leaving ¼" of white showing around the edges. Using image as a reference, apply adhesive to the back and slide photo into place underneath the Polaroid square.

Take your black chevron print and cut a square measuring 11½"x10". Adhere the green print with the picture to the center of the black chevron print. Take the black and white gingham ribbon and wrap this around the bottom of this section, tying the ends together in the front in a bow. Adhere this section to the top area of remaining white cardstock sheet, leaving ¼" of white showing around the top and sides of the page.

Cut a 2¼"x12" strip from the black with white dot scallop print. Take your scissors and trim along one edge of the scallops to give them a more defined look. Adhere strip, with the scallops pointing down, at the bottom of the page.

Cut a ½"x11¾" strip of the text paper. Trim along the bottom edge with scallop-edged scissors. Take the 1/16" hole punch and, using the image as a reference, punch a hole in the middle of each scallop. Adhere this along the top edge of the last piece, slightly overlapping onto the bottom of the green print.

Take out the page with the assorted icons, as well as your stickers, rub-ons, chipboard letters, and rhinestones. Start cutting out punctuation marks and flowers and lay these out on your page until you find the grouping that suits you best. Adhere these in place. Apply rhinestones and use alphabet letters to describe the subjects on the page.

• Create your own alpha letters by using your personal die cut machine.

• To add dimension to your page, use the adhesive foam squares to adhere icons and letters in place.
