Knead clay for two minutes. Bake on oven-proof glass or metal surface at 275°F (130° C) for 15 minutes per ¼" (6mm) of thickness. Do not use in microwave oven. Do not exceed the above temperatures or recommended baking time. Baking should be completed by an adult. Wash hands after use.
With clay conditioning machine at #1 (thickest) setting, make pink sheet. Cut out ornament, and use circle mini cutter to make one circle. Gently round edges with your finger. With clay conditioning machine at #1 setting, make purple sheet. Cut ornament top and bottom. With clay conditioning machine at #2 setting, make bright green sheet. Cut inside design and stripe using templates. Using Bake & Bond Bakeable Adhesive, attach pieces on ornament.
With clay conditioning machine at #2 setting, make red sheet. Using pointed oval mini cutter, cut six pieces. Press pieces in red glitter. Assemble clay extruder with small circle disk. Extrude red strings long enough to outline ornament and stripes. Roll extruded strings in red glitter. Using Bake & Bond Bakeable Adhesive, attach glittered pieces to ornament. Trim strings even with ornament edge. Using Bake & Bond, attach pink circle to center of poinsettia.
Cut 1½" wire length. Make loop by wrapping wire around a pen and twisting the ends. Add drop of Bake & Bond Bakeable Adhesive to twisted end and insert into ornament top.
Bake at 275ºF for 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely. Add ornament hook.
Do not use unbaked clay on unprotected furniture or finished surfaces.
Always use a clay-dedicated baking sheet for your clay projects.
Oven should only be used by and adult.
